We’ve provided you a simple list of ingredients, most of which you probably have at home, along with a set of easy-to-follow instructions. Just go step-by-step and there’s is no way they won’t turn out as good as ours 🙂

3 Ripe Bananas
2 Large eggs
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups of all purpose flour
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of chocolate chips 🙂

**This recipe makes 12 muffins

1.Preheat your over to 400 degrees
2. Fill your muffin tray with liners

3. In a large bowl, mash up the 3 ripe and ugly looking bananas

4. In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp of flour into the chocolate chips. Make sure all the chocolate chips are coated with flour. This trick ensures the chocolate chips are scattered throughout the batter instead of sinking all to the bottom of the muffin.

5. Mix together the mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla extract (set aside)

6. With the wet ingredients, mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon

7. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with flour into the batter

8. Divide the batter evenly into the 12 piece muffin tin

9. Bake these muffins for 18-20 minutes
